The necessary aspects for creating lasting change are: intention, emotion, and action.
Combining coaching with hypnosis allows you to address both the conscious and subconscious parts of who you are.
On a biological level, becoming a different version of yourself looks like rewiring your most robust neural pathways, which dictate your behaviors.
Hypnosis combines the state of trance (think: relaxed, focused awareness) with positive intention to create new associations and build or strengthen our preferred behaviors.
Amplifying emotions is a powerful shortcut to further strengthening neural pathways, whether positive or negative. A single emotionally charged experience can change a person’s behavior forever (for example, a traumatic accident that leads to PTSD). This is called one-trial learning. If you can remember an argument from the past that “scarred” you forever, you have had a taste of this self-activated mechanism.
Hypnosis is most often used as a tool for reprogramming past limiting patterns and beliefs, releasing trauma, as well as exploring the hidden treasures of our subconscious mind. In the state of trance, you can amplify positive emotions and accept or embrace any perceived past “failures” with relative ease. You can then create change in your beliefs and behaviors by practicing different solutions and identities (creating new neural pathways), then choosing the appropriate action to take in your everyday life. The more action you can take, the faster you will see results ;)
Thanks to neuroplasticity, all humans have the innate ability to change our beliefs, associations, and behaviors - at any age. The subconscious mind is responsible for 95-97% of our impulses, thoughts, and behaviors. However, your conscious mind can override your subconscious with focused attention. Willpower is an example of our conscious awareness’ ability to “put the cookie down”.
I believe that finding the path of least resistance will unlock your most aligned next steps. In my hypno-coaching sessions, we will address the things you can create with your conscious attention, as well as utilize the support from the deep, hidden patterns of your subconscious mind.

At first, subconscious reprogramming (neural change work) always begins by showing your mind that it is capable of change.
Think of reshaping your neural architecture like sculpting a stiff, cold block of clay. You can easily work this material by first warming it up in your hands for some time, then working it. You will not get the same results by pressing your thumb into the clay once in a while then walking away. Show yourself how easy it can be to change, so you can trust your ability to evolve whenever and however you choose to.
If this is a new process for you, especially if meditation and visualization are not yet a part of your everyday life, I recommend two sessions a month for three months, to start. You will get better and faster results this way, than spreading the same number of sessions over a long period of time.
There are many variables that will dictate how many sessions of hypno-coaching will be most supportive for your long-term evolution. The answer will depend on your starting point, your intentions, and your commitment to yourself.
You will achieve the quickest transformation by taking what you learn in these sessions, and taking action on your new beliefs outside of our sessions.

This is the question most of us ask before we commit to any healing modality.
The truth is, I cannot fix you. The self-protective part of your subconscious mind will not allow itself to be coaxed into changing, so long as you aren’t willing to change. Your intentions, emotions and actions are what decides whether or not you are successful in creating change.
And, before you go, let me just state the obvious.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are experiencing the world in the exact way you are meant to. Here’s why…
Your challenges, your pain, confusion, illness, heartbreak, even your stubborn limiting behaviors, are here for you.
These situations have become as painful as they have in order to clearly show you what you are no longer willing to have. They make you want to evolve. The anger or frustration you feel at your circumstances is activating your inner drive to do whatever it takes to overcome the challenge. The mental and emotional activation you are living through - is these painful experiences’ true purpose, and it is happening right on time. That said…
You are not supposed to live in pain and limitation indefinitely.
Humans are naturally averse to change, so these temporary states of discomfort help you commit to finding your personal path to evolution, to willingly choose change.
Seeking evolution, discovering what makes you thrive, then learning how to find, secure, and live in that authentic, joy-filled being-ness… happens to be your reason for being here.
Think of a world in which every person feels unconditionally loved, fulfilled, and alive. Living your authentic version of joy is your main contribution to the world, it is your highest purpose.
To seek change is to be in your aliveness.
You have found yourself here, looking to solve thething, and reading these words - because being in your aliveness is what you truly desire.
.…
Now let me address what brought you here, the very real, physical, 3-D world challenges you wish to overcome.
So long as you continue to repeat the same limiting strategies, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, your unsatisfying future is easily predictable.
When you are ready to create change in your life, observing the subconscious patterns and programs that direct your life is the first essential step. This is known as metacognition. You have already begun this process, or you wouldn’t be here.
Utilizing your capacity for metacognition is like veering off the dark, familiar road onto a side path that leads in an unknown but sunnier direction. So long as you continue to be curious about and engage with your internal patterns, you will be choosing evolution, aliveness, and joy.
As your guide, I will help you recognize the limiting beliefs and behavior patterns that have contributed to the pain you are currently experiencing. I will show you how to transform the frustrating, limiting, even infuriating experiences into tools for your authentic expansion into yourself.
My job is to guide you along this new path. I can help you dump out all the rocks you’ve been hauling in your backpack, I will make you stop and pull the pebbles out of your shoes. I can teach you how to read the signs all around you, and show you how simple it can be to surrender to life when you fully trust yourself.
Rewiring your neural pathways, changing the beliefs and behaviors that will manifest into a different outcome is not “just” mindset work. You are living in a physical reality. If you want a physical outcome, you will have to take physical action. I will show you how to get creative, so you can do what needs doing with the least resistance and the most excitement for this uncharted path.

Throughout our time together, I will teach you new tools and techniques and then help you practice them. However, I am not an accountability coach. My job is to inspire you to take action and to help you troubleshoot if/when that action feels inaccessible.
I will never force you to keep a promise you made to yourself or make you feel like you need to explain why you “failed.” There is no failing. I simply trust you to follow your inner knowingness. Part of becoming your most authentic, joyous self is owning your decisions. Sometimes that means doing something you wanted to do, and other times, it’s choosing NOT to do the thing right now (or ever).
The truth is, it’s not always time to take action. In fact, sometimes, the biggest challenge can be clearing your emotional and energetic space by choosing inaction instead. Putting your needs first and doing less often looks this way, especially when you’re used to putting your needs last. It’s important to know when to act, when to hold, and when to just let go.
As the person living your life, it is always your responsibility to discern which strategies resonate and which do not. At times, your resistance to uncertainty will make something feel “off”, and other times it will be your intuition guiding you. The more attuned you become to your own inner knowingness (yes this is something we will cultivate together), the easier it will be to discern what may/may not be worth your time.
“Whether you think you can, or you think you cannot, you are right”. – Henry Ford
Whether you choose to do or not do whateveritis, I trust your judgment.
Life is short.
Let’s move towards the fulfillment of your joy with curiosity, connection, and excitement. There is no such thing as failure.
