The Audacity.

Finally.

What's the problem?

Somehow, despite your reputation for solving every problem, there's one thing in your life you can’t stop trying to fix. You pour most of your attention into it.  But no matter what you do, you can't just "make it work”.

And if you were honest about the rest of your life, it isn't doing so hot either. Everything you can't pay attention to right now is sabotaging the one thing you are focused on.

That’s why every attempt to fix this creates three more problems. You've tried more solutions than you can count, pivoted time and again, reminded yourself you're resilient, that something's bound to change.

But if you're being honest, you've stopped believing you can do it.

The reason you're so focused on fixing this one thing is that you don't believe you can handle the rest.

That empty feeling about the future isn't just temporary. It's become your new normal.

You can't keep wasting time and what's left of your energy on solutions you have no faith in. You've seen how far willpower takes you, how much "getting your shit together" gets you. Not much at all.

What's actually happening:

The problem isn't a lack of solutions. You're solving individual symptoms of the one thing you're obsessing about. Meanwhile, something deeper is setting off the landslide.

You've been clinging to an identity that was supposed to guarantee you'd always be wanted, and even though it failed on that promise, you're still living by its rules.

Those rules are running more of your life than you realize.  They determine what you’re willing to risk, what you’re allowed to want, what you keep tolerating, and which decisions feel impossible to make.

You continue to believe that if you stay in your lane, keep doing what you're good at, life will right itself. The problem is, the things you're very good at are no longer who you are.

This performance is costing you everything, and the harder you try to maintain it, the faster things fall apart.

What you’re experiencing now is the loss of your reliable coping strategies.  This isn’t punishment.  It is a gift. Life is making it harder and harder to continue being someone you’ve already outgrown.

What's the solution?

Find the identity you've been living by, expose its rules, and stop obeying them where they're costing you the most. That's the first domino.

The Audacity Method walks you through that process all the way to the part most transformational work stops short of: making the real-world change you've been unable or unwilling to make.

And if you're thinking: Wait a minute. Wasn't the work we've already done together supposed to change this? The work we've done helped you uncover the pieces that were underneath. What it couldn't do is make the real-world moves for you. That part has always been yours, and most people, understandably, haven't made them yet.

That's the gap The Audacity was built to close.

The Audacity isn't therapy or another framework for understanding yourself better. It's the controlled collapse of your old precarious reality: the place where the internal work of unearthing what's been running the show meets the visceral, real-world work of changing how you live.

This will be uncomfortable. It will ask something of every part of you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. That's why we do it deliberately.

Over nine distinct stages, we bridge the gap between your subconscious and your calendar. We choose one place in your life that can't continue as it is and take it all the way from unconscious pattern to real-world change.

But we're not choosing one because the other problems don't matter. We're choosing one because they aren't separate problems. The same identity has been writing the rules across your life. When you stop organizing one part of your life around those rules, the others begin to loosen too.

And making the move isn't the end of the process. You'll learn to hold your ground while your life adjusts around it, so the change doesn't end with one brave decision.

This is not another thing you do forever. You build your own template for becoming, and every future correction happens faster, cleaner, and easier. Until the changes happen on their own.

Audacity (noun)

The quality or state of being audacious, such as:

a: boldness, nerve, doing the thing anyway

pioneers admired for their audacity

b: brazen disregard of usual restraints

The audacity to say, out loud, that the life you're living isn't the life you want.

The audacity to stop performing, to let what doesn't fit fall apart, and to build something that does.

Who am I to teach this?

I have been inside the machinery, not just studied it.

As a hypnotherapist, I've spent years doing subconscious reintegration work with clients. I've had direct access to what actually trips people up, not the surface habits and mindset blocks, but the deeper machinery underneath that most people keep throwing willpower at.

I also know this from the inside. I had the relationship, the career, the carefully curated life, impressive by every external measure, and privately, completely falling apart. I spent years moving from shock point to shock point in every area of my life. It was a long, messy, agonizing process of deconditioning, and it didn't need to be that slow. I just couldn't yet name what was underneath all of it.

The turning point wasn't a better strategy. Things started moving when I finally became willing to let go of an identity I'd built my entire sense of love and purpose around, and to do the unglamorous, terrifying thing anyway.

I'd spent most of my life white-knuckling my way through with discipline and willpower, then overcorrecting into a spiritually bypassing version of surrender: “it’s all happening exactly as it’s meant to.”

It wasn't until I started showing up as an active participant in my own life that things began to drastically realign, not in a "grateful for everything I have" kind of way, but in a way that felt like I was finally living my life.

I'm not here to help you shape a set of coping strategies into a life that kind of works. I'm here to help you find out who you actually are underneath all of it, and build a life for that person instead.

This is your exclusive invitation to join the beta run of The Audacity. Currently only offered to my past clients as a small group cohort.

What exactly do you get?

The Audacity is the complete process, from the first honest look at what's actually happening, all the way through to living differently when no one is watching. You leave with an integrated template of becoming — that's all yours.

Before the group begins:

You will receive one private 1:1 Future Self Blueprint session with me. Connect to who you are becoming rather than just thinking about who you want to be. Create a felt blueprint, not a wish list, so that the work we do together has something specific to connect to in the body, even if feelings of alignment, freedom, or purposefulness haven't felt attainable for some time. Just you and me, no group yet. This session is the foundation the rest of the work builds on.

Weekly group calls:

Over twelve weeks, we'll take one place in your life that you know can't continue as it is and walk it through the complete process.

You’ll uncover what’s made the change feel impossible, make the move you’ve been unable to make, and learn how to hold your ground while your ife rearranges around it. And you’ll leave knowing how to do it again.

(Click the arrow to read about each step below)

The Investment:

$1,997

This includes your private 1:1 Future Self Blueprint session, something now reserved for my ongoing private coaching clients and no longer available as a standalone, plus twelve group calls across twelve weeks.

This is the founding cohort of The Audacity.

The container will be capped at six people, because I want to ensure that every person on these calls feels personally attended to. Every live call will have Q&A time built in.

Other than moving through The Audacity privately ($8,000), this group is your best opportunity to have my personal guidance while you walk through the complete process of transformation.

When the program relaunches next year, the price will change, and the level of individual attention will go down.

I am dedicating the next three months of my life to making this process the best it can be for you, which will shape what this becomes for everyone who comes after you. As a founding member of this offer, your engagement and willingness to go first helps cast the future of this work.
